Sunday, August 9th, 2009, was Westwood's first worship service at the new Sunrise Assisted Living Center at the corner of Chatham Street and Old Apex Road.

Each Sunday, our members will be providing a thirty minute service including music and a worship message beginning at 10:45 and ending at 11:15. The time is coordinated to allow our participating members to leave after Sunday School and return in time for the end of our normal Sunday Service.

Our retired and aspiring pastors will be providing the message and their scheduling will be coordinated by our Associate Pastor, Keith Vaughn.

John and Judy Keadle will be coordinating the music program. We will be seeking volunteers to help coordinate the music for the service. We will be looking for members and ensembles that want to lead hymns, perform special music or have other musical talents they would like to share with those that will attend.
